Straight as a Feather?

Hello Lovely Ladies,

I have a quick post for you today.

This manicure is one that I created way back when I was asked by Bregje to Guest Post for her… I created this look with her in mind then, but when it came to preparing the photos I just wasn’t feeling it, and didn’t think it was “good enough” I ended up submitting THIS, and completely forgot about this manicure

Yesterday when I was “cleaning up” my photos, I was about to put these in the virtual-trash bin when I thought… wait, this manicure has some flaws… but there is something there- I’ll just gamble it and share it anyways

I started out with two coats of OPI Skull and Glossbones which you may recall I just recently used again (I guess I am just in the mood for dusty nudes). I then used the saran-wrap technique to add Catrice Amazonian Gold and Catrice In The Bronx. Finally I stamped with Bundle Monster plate BM-319.

The color combination with this linear Bundle Monster stamp reminded me of feathers… straight feathers.

This is a great Mani. I have been looking at that stamp and trying to figure out a way to use it and this way is prefect. The gold adds that extra touch that makes this beautiful

I don’t see a thing that’s wrong with this mani! Actually, I *think* I prefer this one than the one you went with! It reminds me of feathers too I’ve always adored this particular stamp design…

I think it’s lovely! It does remind me of feathers. I actually wonder what it would have looked like without the stamping. The gold sponging underneath looks fascinating!
