Hello Lovely Ladies,
I have to admit that this past weekend I had one of those “soul searching”/reflective weekends; I don’t know if any of you can relate, but one of those weekends where I froze in the midst of all the hectic-ness-of life and started questioning if I’m still holding it all together, if I am a good parent, if I could be improving anything in my personal life, if, if, if, if. It was a bit of an emotionally draining weekend but I’m right back on track today
and the only blues I’m feelin’, are those on my nails

Today I would like to show you the NEW Soulstice St. Barts. Soulstice describes this shades as “Liquid Teal” and I have to support their description. At first I thought this shade resembled the likes of Essie Trophy Wife… but it does reflect more green making it more of a teal rather than your standard metallic turquoise

Soulstice lacquers are:
- 100% vegan and cruelty-free
- gluten-free
- made in the united states
- non-toxic, 3FREE color + shine —- free of toluene, formaldehyde and dibutyl phthalate
St. Barts was thinner than I expect/assumed it would be, but it still only needed two coats for full opacity
(and by thinner I don’t mean worse, I just assumed it would be a one coater from looking at the bottle, that is all
)

St. Barts is not only bright and vibrant but, like all other Sousltice shades, it is named after a place on earth and becomes an instant mini-vacation (for your nails
).
St. Barts is a northeastern Carribean volcanic island fully encircled by shallow reefs, has an area of 22.1 km² (8.5 mi²) and a population of 8,902 (Jan. 2009 census).[2] Its capital is Gustavia, which also contains the main harbour to the island. It is the only Caribbean island which was a Swedish colony for any significant length of time; Guadeloupe was under Swedish rule only briefly, at the end of the Napoleonic Wars. Symbolism from the Swedish national arms, the Three Crowns, still appears in the island’s coat of arms. The language, cuisine and culture, however, are distinctly French. The island is a popular tourist destination during the winter holiday season, especially the rich and famous during the Christmas and New Year period. (source Wikipedia).
I wanted to add glitter tips, kind of symbolic of the sparkling water surface and instantly thought of Lush Lacquers Paradise Cove:
