Gradient Hearts

Hello Lovely Ladies,

This will be a quick (and delayed post) with a very unoriginal title; Peter and I had to take Jackson in to see a Doctor yesterday, and he needs antibiotics and lots of cuddles and attention.

 I wore this manicure at the beginning of this week, but am writing this post just now…

It had been a while since I did a gradient manicure AND I really wanted to try out my new essence Modern Romance (a birthday gift from Carmela). Modern Romance is a two coater pastel peachy-pink shade that has the must subtle pink shimmer :D

Also, during the last blitz-givaway a few of you asked me what my favorite shade was and I answered China Glaze Below Deck… and the itch to wear it again needed to be scratched ;)

I then stamped the cute hearts (fitting over Modern Romance ;) right!?!) from the new Gals plate GA05.  I added a bit of silver glitter by painting the tips with Inglot XL1.

    Your gradient is just gorgeous ! :D I love it ! But I am not a huge fan of the hearts… ^^ I don’t know why ! lol

      After I took the photos of this manicure, I walked around for a few hours and thought “something is a little off”… so, I ended up removing all but two fingers on each hand, and re-painting them with just Below Deck- this made the look less busy and created two fun accent nails :D

      What a neat idea to paint your nails for a school-event :D I will check in ;)

    I am so sorry to hear about Jackson!! I hope he’s ok, poor little man :( Little Isaac has been sick too… But he’s on the mend! Great pairing of these 2 shades, it makes me think of Carly Rea Jepsen for some really strange reason. Just the colours and the cuteness of it all. lol! So… ummm… call me maybe?

      There must be something in the air… this time it was an infection though- but antibiotics quickly helped with the pain/inflamation… and he is one busy-boy again.
