Hello Lovely Ladies,
It has been a while since I have been THIS excited about a nail polish shade. In fact, when I was taking photos, Peter watched me run back and fourth from the softbox and asked to see my nails. He said “I can tell you’re really excited about this one”.
Today, I would like to show you piCture pOlish Honey Dew!

piCture pOlish Honey Dew is a gorgeous borderline-neon mint green shade. Just like it says on the bottle this shade truly is “sweet’n light, juicy ‘n bright“. Though I keep wanting to call it a mint-green, it brighter than your average pastel polish, and though it is a cream shade it has this glossy depth to it… I am all googly-eyed for this shade, honestly!

(two coats)
Honey Dew applies like a dream and is fully opaque in two coats- if you are very light on your coats, you may need three.
I was not just going to swatch this shade, I really wanted to wear it!

I left my pinky and thumb painted with Honey Dew for a pop of fashionably awesome color
The rest of the nails I painted with essence Got A Secret (a grey that leans slightly purple on me). I had seen this technique of the transition-animal-print nails somewhere but have unfortunately lost the source (if you have seen this before please let me know in the comment section so I can give due credit).
For the stamping I used Konad plate m57 (for the full nail zebra and cheetah print) and Konad plate m78 for the split-nail image on my middle finger. I stamped with Barielle One Shade of Gray (a prize from Anutka and a gorgeous deep grey with a fun name).

I thought you might find a super quick comparison photo helpful, so I paired Honey Dew with Revlon Minted and Essie Turquoise & Caicos:

(Honey Dew, Minted and Turquoise & Caicos)
Revlon Minted is much pastier/paler and mintier looking IRL in comparison to Honey Dew.
Turquoise & Caicos is a darker more turquoise shade, dustier and requires 2x the coats in comparison to Honey Dew.
